The SHO Commander is the premier Veloteq model of 2007. With its' sleek lines and long wheel base, it stands out in its hybrid class. Built on a motorcycle frame, it's equipped with 3.5" wide scooter tires making the ride both comfortable and safe. The 500W brushless motor is uniquely built with oversized, rare earth magnets increasing both torque and efficiency. In combination with the programmable controller, the SHO outputs up to 90Nm of torque ensuring a smooth ride up hills. The regenerative braking system also returns power back to the battery when braking. This 22AH battery is situated beneath the rider's feet ensuring stability and balance while riding. Security features include a built-in "vibration sensitive" remote alarm as well as secure locks on the battery compartment, under the seat, and the rear storage box.
